Boxrec tells me that on Saturday 17th October, Adnan Amar takes on Tom Glover for the English Welterweight Title. Nothing special, except that fight is at the TrentFM Arena. So there's your date and venue for Froch's next fight, I guess we'll find out an opponent soon.

Is gary suggesting is wasn't swearing live on air which got him sacked? :patsch

I remember watching that as it happened with Gary Norman. TV gold.

Buncey can you ask if Mason got the arm wrestle idea from the Sly Stallone classic 'Over the Top'?

They showed a fight, cut back to the studio and Gary Mason was messing around with his collar, bizarrely asking Gary Norman if he liked his tie. Norman asks Mason live on air about the fight they just watched and Mason says something along the lines of 'don't worry about that ****, its not important', clearly thinking they were off air.
Once the penny finally dropped Mason apologised to the viewers but was never seen again! (until Under the Moon at about 3am that is!)

Needless to say it was funny as f*ck

Maybe the BBC is the best bet for 'the hour' now then. After all, they are surely aware of the numbers of people that are all of a sudden listening to BBC London from all over the UK. Sort it out, beeb. What's my licence fee going towards, bitches in the BBC offices?
