Froch's low left hand gets him in a world of **** against Pavlik. Froch will probably beat Pascal, and Taylor will beat Lacy. As of right now the winner of Taylor/Lacy is supposed to be the first mandatory for the winner of Froch/Pascal. That probably means we'll see Taylor/Froch next spring or early summer. JT is WAY to fast for Froch. The version of Jermain that showed up for the 2nd Pavlik fight would embarrass Froch. Pavlik/Taylor III anyone???

That version of JT ducked Froch for an easier fight with Lacy. And you can bet he won't fight Froch after either

Lacy was more money and an easier fight. After suffering back to back losses Taylor should do exactly what he is doing. Take a tune-up. That's just smart management. If you think the guy who fought BHop twice, and followed up with Winky, and fought Pavlik a second time, is actively ducking Froch, you have to be out of your mind, especially when all he has to do is trounce Lacey, and he still gets his shot at the title in a much bigger fight. Taylor will take the fight, and hand Carl a beating. Afterward we can all go back to asking the DiBella question: "Who the **** is Froch?"

Exactly, the eliminator thing is BS.Lets go in the future:JT wins(he should),Froch wins(he should more or less).Purse bid(that if he even agrees to use his mando position),DiBella losses like all american promoters who don't give a **** about thier fighters and the fight is brought to the UK.No way JT goes there

I'm 99.999% sure that Froch has said fighting in America is his next move.

So I don't think that location will be a big deal....and this is A LOT different than "Jermaine Taylor will duck Froch" as you've put it.

i would slightly favor froch in this fight as he has the better movement, power and chin.

Due to the styles matchup, I favour Pavlik in this one. Carl Froch is prone to keeping his hands low - which results in him being hit :ko.

Pavlik is far better at keeping his gloves up - and Froch doesn't have the kind of speed that B-hop had to connect at that sort of furious rate either.

The dark horse in this contest is, of course, Pavlik's comfortability with the weight class.

I think his fight with B-hop showed he wasn't ideally suited to a contest at 170; the warning signs were evident in his previous fight with JT at 166 where he looked weaker and more sluggish than usual.

I'll watch Jermain's transition up with a more keen interest now. I'd like to see how he fares tangling with the top flight at 168 :bbb .

Yep, but this thread was made for a reason - just look at some of these responses. This thread is getting bumped after Froch gets his ass handed to him. He's crap, there's no mystery at all.
