Floyd Mayweather hasn't "earn't the right" to do that imo. he's ducked, dodged and swerved his way through the weight divisions and made a career out of doing it. the fact that he's considered the best in the business is an indictment of the sport more than anything just my opinion
Hence the reason why I said worse, people go on about Mayweather cherry picking fights, but he remains active and fights very good opponents. The only one he hasn't fought is Manny Pacquiao. David Haye thinks he is in the Klitschko league still, after being beaten by Wlad. Unfortunately, you have to earn your shot, and if earning it is by beating a shot to ****, not dedicated, out of shape Derek Chisora, purely because he fought Vitali, then I don't know anything. David Haye shouldn't exist for two fights, he should be fighting in the meantime, there are some domestic fights lying around that would enhance his status and push a Klitschko fight even more. One of these being Tyson Fury, considering his and Fury's rank. But David Haye only wants 2 fights and if he doesn't get them, he'll spit his dummy out at another press conference. I just hope sooner or later one of the Klitschko's just make this fight, and put David Haye to bed once and for all, still believing in his own hype.
Even if it does this fight wont happen until the summer. There will be another WBC title fight before it one way or the other.
Agreed it's not going to make a difference to Haye, who is used to fighting once a year but if vitali wastes 6 months knocking over some stiff it's only going to make hi that much slower
It's a big out door stadium fight. That wont be possible until around then. Vitali's last fight due to the time of year and being indoors was something like a 20'000 venue. No way Haye agrees to a fight like that with so little 'bank' for him. Then you have the WBC and Don King demanding the mandatory on top of that. If Vitali hasn't retired he'll fight one of Arreola/Stiverne within 4 months in a smaller venue similar to the Charr one.
I think Vitali destroys David Haye once and for all, and goes out on top. David will be lunging in again against a much taller fighter, more of a heavyweight than David Haye. David Haye will try a carbon copy negative style, similar to his first fight with Wladimir, and try to utilize his speed. David Haye will soon realize, this is a better boxer than Wladimir, a more natural boxer than Wladimir. Vitali doesn't just throw straight punches behind a jab, he can mix it up, his fighting stance will be a nightmare for David Haye, as he stands upright, but kind of leans back with his hands low. It's a stance mainly adopted by slicksters, although Vitali isn't "slick" as such, his stance will draw David Haye in to lunge to try and land to the head, when David Haye tries this, Vitali will figure him out soon enough and time a left uppercut, as David comes in with a right hand, either it be a hook, or his trademark lunging straight. Vitali will either come underneath that right hand with a timed left uppercut sending Haye down and out, OR it will be a sharp right straight as he comes in, or a right hook. I know the Haye camp fancy "doing" Vitali, after his age has started to show in recent fights, but this ends one way in my opinion.....David Haye asleep.
If Vitali is really going to fight The **** he needs to get on with it. I'm not a fan of VK by any means but I'd hate to see him lose to that wanker, in what would probably be his last fight too.
Well that will be Arreola then, it's always fun seeing him get bashed up but couldn't they just pay him to wait, and have Haye vs Vitali in a stadium with roof? theres three good options in germany This content is protected This content is protected This content is protected
