And if Haye wins it's alright because Vitali was old and would have done all that if the fight was only a couple of years ago :think

Vitali there for the taking imo, he will fight haye as it makes too much money for it to not happen

haye knockouts vitali then agrees to wlad fight and goes out with all the gold and this little piggy went weeeee all the way home

can we cut the crap for a second now, and can you answer me an honest question.

Why do you not want to see Haye vs Vitali?

Is it because you don't like haye?

is it because you think there is a better opponent?

    if so, who?

is it because you think vitali will lose?

I don't particularly care for it, I can think of much better fights.

His style for the fight is what I don't like more about it rather than him per say. Obviously his game plan is going to be the same as Valuev/Wlad again which will see him on the back foot with the main target being to take it on points. Vitali will be only to happy to see this and will likely stay cautious and not over commit and just throw arm punches in volume knowing it will be enough to build up a huge points lead.

    Yes.

Povetkin, Pulev, Huck, Boytsov. Povetkin and Huck would be huge event fights. I see Povetkin and Pulev giving old Vitali huge problems as well as making for great fights. Two other British based fighters I'd rather see ahead of Haye against Vitali are Price and Fury too. Both of those have better tools than Haye to make for a brilliant fan friendly fight against Vitali.

Why would I care? Even if I was a huge Klischko nut huger then Haye winning would mean Waldo moves higher up the ATG ratings.

    Craney91;

Vitali is not a better boxer than Wlad. You're insane to think so. He doesn't hit as hard either. He's also older.

Apart from the fact he is older, is the rest fact or just your opinion?

Vitali is the better boxer, always has been. Wladimir became one because of his brother. Vitali is more skilled and natural. That's not just me saying that, but lots of other boxing experts like myself. :good

Also, the brothers themselves admit that.

    Come again.

I can't take Haye seriously, for a number of reasons that are old news and rather obvious. But what frustrates me about him is that instead of insisting it's Klitshcko or nobody (despite the fact he's already been resoundingly defeated by Wlad) it'd be good if he attempted to mirror their longevity and consistency at HW.

If he did do that, combined with his body of work at CW, even his harshest critics would be obliged to agree he'd had a pretty stellar career.... as things are, his exploits won't live long in the memory and the boxing world will quickly forget about him.

Yeah, my mate, who has sparred one and fought the other (can't reveal his name) says completely the opposite, regardless of who is the more 'natural' fighter (the one who quit with a shoulder injury against a small feather fisted heavyweight apparently) Also, they're so different stylistically that it doesn't matter regarding a bout with Haye.

Expert? Let's f'n roll mate, you'll go the same way as the others.
