Yeah but buncey why does a loss on either guys record have to be a death knell to their careers. Its a very interesting fight at the moment, who knows what could happen in the future, Quigg looks big for the weight, he could move up, 1 of them could get a bad injury. We don't know what could happen. I do agree with you though that Carl needs rounds against a guy that will test him next up but definetely Quigg by April-May next year hopefully.

Fair play Buncey for interviewing fighters from "the other side"! Great interview with Scott Quigg. Don't think he'll fight Frampton after what he said in that interview.

 

I agree. Box nation have Buncey thinking like a promoter. A loss for Frampton or Quigg is nothing but a great learning experience.

Promoters should only be wary if they put their young guy in with a beast who can destroy them, potentially hurt them or end their career.

Commonwealth vs British champ is a natural match up at this level. Just like DeGale and Groves and Bellew vs Cleverly, they will learn and move on. More likely because its a great match up like those 2 were they will have a close fight, entertain and learn alot.

 

no reason for Frampton vs Quigg yet.

Put Quigg in with Munroe. Put Frampton in with Martinez. Then it can happen for all the domestic marbles.

 

So long as the idea is void if both Frampton and Quigg lose..... nobody needs to see Munroe vs Martinez III.

 

I believe Quigg will just have too much for Frampton right now. like a few have said ... Frampton needs rounds.

personally I'd like to see Quigg Vs Munroe or Martinez and I'd love to see Frampton Vs Ryan Walsh, that would be a great little fight and a monster atmosphere wherever they put it on.

also Willie Casey is fighting Kid Galahad on the 12th of Nov, I wouldn't mind seeing the winner of that fight Frampton.
