tend to agree with this although I had some rounds differently to yourself slip. How did you score the other fights out of intrest?
Slip, you know ya stuff, why did you not score the first round even? Nothing happened. Genuine question, cos very few people seem to have, when, based on one view (albeit 5.30 in the morning and after a few cans) I thought it was as even a round you could get.
I'll have to re-visit my scorecard, but from memory i had the first a draw and Marquez edging the second. It has to be noted though that one of the judges in the first fight made a mistake, he should've given Manny a 10-6 instead of 10-7 in the first round. Kind of worked out as a fair result in the end though. I think they were closer than the third fight. I tend to try my best to find a winner in each round, mate. Not that i'm against scoring rounds even. I think sometimes judges should score more even rounds when fighters are impossible to separate. Because what ends up happening is they invariably give the nod to the house favourite when they can't make up their minds. Nothing much significant happened. But i asked myself who would i rather be in that round? and the answer was Pacquiao. I just leaned towards him slightly.
Many, many other deserving boxers, trainers, old fighters, managers and promoters would be only too grateful for the exposure. Just blackball the people that let you down, I say.:good And, in general, a live broadcast is always going to throw up teething problems.
Is Bunce stating Froch never picked the phone or up even put it down on him ? For me Frochs recent media performances are the sole reason why he was never and will never be a household name. Chisora summed him up after he appeared on Sky sports news simply stating........"hes boring" Guy is a arrogant ballbag who deserves no expsoure and he can take his cocky & sarcastic bull**** back to America. Can't wait till Bute rapes him.
Bunce clear your pm messages so i can send you the mobile number again, not sure if you still have it or not from the other week.
Curtis, here's a link: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W1laJs-konc[/ame] If you listen carefully I didn't say you were "ducking", and Im glad you ackowledge you guys wouldn't take my offer up. Truth of the matter is you say back then I had nothing to offer. Well neither did you. In fact right now I'd say you still don't have anything to offer but how about this; March 24 2012, we've got a show. No disrespect, you are a good fighter and have plenty of heart, but right now you're not a priority. Anyway, why not take the next 4 months off and get some skipping done. I'll gladly take you on over 6, 8, 10 rounds, whatever. Get back quick, I have my eyes set ahead of you...
Actually agree with that a little. He's goes on about not getting exposure but when he does get on TV he looks like he would rather be anywhere but there. He surprised me with the way he beat Abraham but in general I think he's highly delusional about his boxing abilities and wouldn't be that bothered if Ward trounced him.
