I find Bunce fairly entertaining, he does his job well. But I did had to laugh at this mornings 'Independent'; where he suggests Steve Cunningham has had 'a great career'. Do not get me wrong, Cunningham is no mug, and has had a solid career. Fury beating him would be a decent achievement; but Steve was never within a sniff of being 'great'. really depends on what your interpritation of great is. people would say Jamie Moore had a great career and i dont think anybody would take issue, and cunningham has achieved allot more. I would take more issue with Bunce pushing a Hopkins v Cleverly fight as a possibility for the next fight, when Hopkins already has an August fight with Murat and Cleverly must fight Braehmer by July. Kind of skimping over the details there a bit.
He said it himself many times that he was a "a struggling" actor..... Perhaps now he has a bit of notoriety it's gone to his head. He is a face now in the boxing scene, he can't stop telling us how Micky Norcross (SugarHut owner) is he mates. He's on first name terms with the TOWIE mob and some other Z listers... Perhaps it's all gone to his head? You could say it's understandable having worked hard to carve out a niche for himself?a
