A fella called Arron Shon sent me an email the other day. It said: "I bought your book it was crap. Stick to making bad predictions."
    Fantastic.
I will be at Prizefighter on Weds if anybody has a copy they want signed.

    Adios.

    Quality!

I read it a while ago during commutes to and from work. It was a nice little book to dip into. I enjoyed it. Very Bunce. Very bish-bash-bosh.

I've been meaning to give this book a read. Don't worry Bunce, none of us are expecting Cormac McCarthy, but I'm sure it's an interesting read. Fair play for making a go of it! :happy

Sly - correct, not CM. I once went to find him. He's a recluse, I never got very far.
By the way I'm trying to get Ron Lyle for Thursday's BBC London show.

That would be quality re Ron Lyle.

I've had 'The Fixer' for ages and still not got round to reading it - but then I've got a pile of books unread. Too darn busy.

I think 'The Fixer' might be a good populist read. Every time I pick it up, the blurb puts me in a cold sweat. I have more of a literary bent. Or maybe I'm just bent.

I've heard that it's the best boxing based fiction book of 2010!

Can't get higher praise than that.

I can't say I'm surprised. It's the only way any human being could produce scary **** like Blood Meridian and The Road.

I enjoyed the book. Thought it was more Elmore Leonard than Cormac Mcarthy. Good read, but put me off going to Blackpool lol. The tourist board won't like you much Bunce :)
