    True on Haye, but Dawson was massively over-hyped, in terms of application of skill anyway.

    The way peeps were goin on, you woulda thought John Conteh and Victor Galindez had a love child we'd never heard about :lol:

    Technically Dawson leaves much to be desired but in terms of getting in the ring and proving himself he is cut from a different cloth. The guy has consistently been getting it on with the best in the division for 3 or 4 years. In 31 fights his record already has names like Pascal, Johnson x2, Tarver x2, Adamek and Harding. 4 of those 5 guys are champs, 1 is a 2 division champ. Going into the Pascal fight he should have been WBC, IBF and IBO champ. Dawson ain't perfect but he is one of the better champs in boxing.
