Or he could fall back on his trade that he learned as a young man, or he could sell paintings as hes a skilled artist.

But hey thats right, I know nothing about nothing according to you, dont I?;)

Seriously, some of the stiffs I have had to give my precious time to in here over the years... Thank goodness Im a laid back mild mannered guy, or even my patience could have cracked with some of the utter inanery thrown at my good self through the years here!

Now lets turn that wee statement of yours into erm lets say...

    A football context!

Its like telling a man because he supports Plymouth Argyle, his opinions on all things football are null & void cos he doesnt support a 'big team'.

Do you see what Im getting at here Axl?;)

& it was a case well put, fine sir!

man, I know that if & when Scotty comes back, he probably wont do too well. Boxing history tells us that fighters who are out for years due to whatever reasons are always a shadow of their former selves. However, I miss Scotty too much, a bit of me died as a boxing fan as I have said many times when he went off the rails.
It would just be such a buzz to see Scotty back in the ring though that Im not talking as a sensible fan, but a Scotty nuthugger like I always was.

Arthurs french kissing antics with Nicky Cook chilled my blood so much that I want to see the tartan terror back in the ring, I miss his no-nonsense approach too much.

    Sad, but true.

He wants to come back as a LW I think, and I for one would love to see Harrison vs. Thaxton/Murray for starters.

Even now Scott would smash Khan to pieces! Let's hope his body is still fresh even after all the abuse, he was a super-strong FW in his prime and relentless.

If Harrison comes back, which he won't, hes going to get KTFO by the first decent fighter he comes across. Out the ring for years, alcohol abuse, all his natural stamina will be gone, he'll have to fight men his own size at LW, and I doubt he'll have as much drive to get in shape.

I'm fairly certain he has kept himself away with all his drunken antics. I would like to see Scott given a chance to, at least, appear in front of the board so he has the opportunity to convince them he has turned his life around.
