    Is Appleby going to be trabilly now or was he just there to spar? under billy appleby could go really, really far euro at least IMO

    Paul is trained by Terry McCormack, simpson and appleby also had a good spar that day.

    I wondered this myself also, though as many will say......its just sparring !!!

    Secondly, it was requested and in some ways it shows the confidence in the camp, having such footage public.

    Tbh, two days later i watched Simpson etc go twelve rounds and lets just say, it was like night and day in comparison...........if thats possible.

    Watched the Burns/Appleby one...bloody hell!! They didn't hold back did they? As others have said, that is better than some actual fights we watch.

    john would love the chance to fight paul again although to be fair pauls got bigger and simpson does FW comfortably he could even make SBW imo.if the fight were at 9st Simpson would win no problem now!
