He's a different type of player to them. He's really come on in the last few monhs. I thinK Ciaran Clark's the one to watch out of all of them though.

4-3-3 works. Whatever formation or numbers people want to go on about you have to play well, and Chelsea have not been.

England play 4-4-2 and it doesn't work, because they don't do the basics.

But the 4-3-3 does have advantages over 4-4-2 due to having that extra man in the middle to control the game, thats why its so popular at the moment because managers realize there is a strong chance they'll struggle with 2 in the middle against 3 particularly away.
