To summarise, this guy has just had a look at boxrec, seen that Ricky is tall but doesnt have a big KO ratio so has decided Katsidis will walk through him & take him out. Must have taken him ages to come up with that startling analysis
Thanks dude:thumbsup My goodness! Burns & Kat fighting at the weigh in! Oops my mistake, Just the big poster in the background
thats a fair analysis it would seriously be in Rickys interest if he jabbed a lot to give the judges something to go on and then tie up by any means katsidis when he gets anywhere near him (easier said than done obv) id also like to see ricky confuse katsidis by turning southpaw on occassion and throwing a straight left down the middle because thats a punch katsidis hasnt coped well with (albeit against higher class in casamayor and guerrero). If i was billy id alsmost ban ricky from throwing anything but long straight punches and then tie up and repeat. Its a game plan he can win with but I dont think so. I think he will look good for a few rounds and surprise us, then around 5/6/7 katsidis will time him with something coming off a counter or one of his own body punches good luck to him. i hope hes being well rewarded and comes through healthy
Dwyer's an idiot, his opinion shouldn't be valued at all. If he posted here he'd be looked at as a troll. He had James DeGale in a top 10 pound for pound, AFTER he had lost to Groves.
:good Good Post bro. He can let Kats on inside as you say, He actually damaged a bone or something Mitchell said when he staggered him he hits with hard in a crude power way. No Julian Jackson but hurtful spiteful puncher..
wahey! Theres the rickster with his scotland jersey on, get in there!!!!:happy Stick yer team GB up yer arse lol(just joking)
A part of me wants Ricky Burns to win now, why are people so obsessed with seeing people failing..? just because of what people have done or not done in the past..? The past is irrelevant, its about the here and now. Sometimes we need people succeeding when there not supposed to, this installs hope into all the other underdogs in life. "And remember, every winner was a underdog at one time. And every winner will become a underdog sometime again in their life" Life......
Only reason none of you jocks dont want a bar of the whole team GB thing is cos you would look like a bunch of hopeless ****s when there is no scottish player in the side you ****ing blood clot.
How do you **** up the auto-quote thing? Every damn time. Anyway, the bit I highlighted, if Burns performed better against better opposition, why did he lose to Arthur and Johanneson? They were the best he'd faced at the time. It's a bit lazy, honestly. He should have been stopping a guy like Evensen, certainly not letting him waltz inside and clock him again and again.
