what does the Kevin Hall hold??? 3000 max?? Don't get how this fight makes money.

Appearntly McEwan will be on the undercard. How about McEwan vs Paul Smith in a british title eliminator.

i don't see Katsidis blowing him away. Burns is decent defensivley and can move well around the ring, takes a shot to.

Just think Ricky will be shocked by the power Katsidis has and will become negative.

I'd go to see Katsidis again. Just a shame it'll be him hammering another British fighter. :?

And that fight as an undercard would be excellent.

I think Katsidis is a strange case. As a boxer he appears to be still improving, but he's been in some wars and in matches where the styles matchup was certainly not in his favour.

What gives him the edge in this fight is that Burns won't be able to hurt him, or overwhelm him with volume, or out-manoevre him for long periods in the way the opponents that have beaten him have been able to do.

A knockout loss to Marquez isn't anything to go by as a formline, and Guerrero is as bad a style as you could have picked for him.

Not a fight I like for Ricky at all.

His team was chasing a November fight with Lovemore N'dou last month so I don't think he has as many options as you are suggesting.

Billy picks the questions he answers directly on here almost as carefully as they picked Burns' opponents during his title reign.

Big respect to them if they have taken this fight, but I really can't see Burns doing a job on Katsidis.

I will give massive respect to Burns if he can even run this one close because I think Katsidis will walk him down and get the stoppage.

The only common opponent between them is Graham Earl.

A Novice burns boxed the ears off of earl and barely took a shot all night where as Katsidis brutalised Earl but got knocked down in doing so.

I think if Burns keep this at range but mixes it with him in a similar way he did against Martinez it could make for FOTY and possibly a Burns victory. Ricky can take a shot as good as anyone remember.

What's the odds that Katsidis has to 'unfortunately' pull out and Burns fights some unknown world number #75 for the interim vacant interim title?
