Hearn needs hung , the last thing ricky needs is a switch hitting southpaw after Gonzales and Crawford

Figueroa is a come forward relentless fighter who punches hard and is even bigger than ricky at the weight not a good match up for burns

Probably the worst that could have been matched asides crawford , tbh it could finish ricky

I agree being fed to the wolves here. Burns will have to be at his best and figuereo sub par. Hope he does it but i dont like the match up.

If Ricky can box like he did with martinez, fast feet, flurries, in and out with punches in bunches and he has home advantage then he can win it, he has the skills but I must say I've not seen burns fight anything like that since he left billy nelson.

I dont think burns is the same fighter anymore. His defence and movement are not as good as they were and his jab is not as effective either and those are the tools he needs to beat a hard hitting pressure fighter who will keep coming. Burns could have done with another fight first but its a world title chance so who can blame him and best of luck

I know some of you are clutching at straws but burns is not what he was and figuereo is a big lw who can punch and likes to brawl and comes forward non stop it is not a good match up for burns at this time in his career. It wont be close and i think figuereo will walk through him amd put a beating on him. It is boxing u never know and omar does struggle at the weight as he is big and has talked about moving up
