I must say you've given me hours of entertainment but there is a point where I feel you need to put up or shut up. If I felt as strongly as you do about an issue I would use the energy I put into expressing opinion on an Internet site and actually pursue the matter. It's not difficult to spend some time contacting the Board of Control or the Police and expressing your belief that you witnessed an act of bribery and corruption in regards to the outcome of the fight. There are probably some young journalists out there who could help you formulate your believes and investigate on your behalf if you don't have the skillset to find out the truth of your allegations. It's understandable that your scared to actually do something constructive when faced with what seems like an insurmountable problem. The first thing to do is get yourself a piece of paper and a pen. Make a list of what you think the issues are. In this case you are suggesting bribery and corruption of officials in a world championship boxing match in order to ensure a positive outcome for the incumbent belt holder. Next list who benefits from the decision. Next think about who you bribe to ensure the outcome you desire. There are 3 judges and the referee. Do you bribe all or just one? In the event of the fight going to score cards do you think you'd need 1,2 or 3 judges? If you bribe all 3 I suppose you can manipulated the scorecards prior to a punch being thrown. Could be useful if you intend to move some money around through betting. Do you bribe the other fighter and his team? After all this boxing and **** happens when you have two guys throwing punches at each other. I suppose you could lay off some money on bets to cover the various outcomes but then you wouldn't need to bribe anyone if you did this. Might only be useful to bribe the other fighter if you are going to bet on a specific outcome say ko between rounds 3-5. If you did this you probably wouldnt need to bribe judges and the referee. Does it matter if your fighter loses? Not if you have a rematch clause including venue and purse information. So now ask yourself how much is to be gained from the outlay of bribe money in a small venue championship fight. Factoring in the venue costs and other sundries what are you talking about tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands? You're not going to make millions. If you had the money to put on a championship fight and bribe all and sundry would you risk a police investigation, an expensive court date and possible prison sentence for a return you could earn legitimately through other investments?
