Gomez will win this pretty easy. Burns has no heart to fight a guy like him and will crumble like AAA did.

Ok now this is out and the Daily Record has announced it I suppose I can spill the beans too. I will be playing a large part in Mikes preperations and will be in the corner Seconds/Trainers licence in hand on March the 27th all been well. Great oppertunity and experience for me and having fought Burns and sparred many rounds with Gomez I 100% gurantee that Micheal Gomez will be ready for his final oppertunity. Its time to put up or shut up but on March 27th I'm confident that Mike Gomez takes that title back to manchester.

Gomez - Burns is a classic veteran Vs Prospect match up and I'm honoured to be a part of it. Which in turn will allow you guys to be a part of it too. I may speak to Kev about the possibility of keeping some sort of diary on here for you to read but either way you guys will have excellent access to everything that i'm permitted to talk about in the run up to a big fight.

    Gomez for me.

Burns was made to look silly by Carl Johanneson, who was dragged into a war by Gomez before prevailing.

This is a good fight for Gomez and a genuine chance of one more belt before he retires. If he can maintain his tempo and head movement throughout he will definitely cause Burns problems. :good

This could go either way and the outcome is largely down to what condition Gomez turns up in. If he is fit, motivated and doesn't take it to the trenches straight away then he has a chance. Burns has never been stopped, is a bit featherfisted and may struggle to keep Gomez off of him, but if Gomez doesn't take Burns out in the first half I think he may be in trouble

Burns TKO8 Gomez, I hope not but thats how I see it.
