Burns has been 'fed' Katsidis, Moses (former world titlist) and Mitchell (no.1 contender) in as many fights. That's no joke.

Pointless to judge a guy on an old, old result. JMM and Hopkins both lost their first fights. Must be **** then! :patsch It's how he's recovered from the loss that counts most.

Ponce de Leon made Broner look 'fallible' and that was two weight classes out of his comfort zone.

It seems as if Mitchell has become a tomato can with that wonderfully foolproof sytem of hindsight. Most of us reckoned(and that includes Ricky) thought he would provide a very tough fight, and many picked Mitchell to win(many by stoppage)
    But no,rather than give Ricky credit,Mitchell's a HOF bum.
    You're bang on the monet Lilo.Well put.:good

****ing do one ya trolling ****. I'd love to see Ricky shut up that irritating **** broner. What a dislikable spastic of a man. I think ricky would walk him onto the ropes and pummel him with that straight right all night long. And then bend him over and arse **** him with that ****ing hairbrush. :bbb

give it a rest taff, how am i trolling by saying british fighters like burns, cleverly, calzaghe were and are over protected? it seems like having a opinion that some tis disagree with makes me a troll, its the facts im afraid, everyone going overboard with burns, the likes of steve bunce are just jingoistic mugs, burns only test has been martinez, you heard what ****** said when burns said he wanted to unify the division? he said "we should be proud to sell out the arena not many lightweights over there do that" you know this means one thing an thats burns to be fed a few turds

Never seen either guy till last night. Thought Mitchell would be better the way he is written about. Burns is good, but Broner is world class talent. It is now time for Burns to come over here and fight...

Burns holds the title and a fight between Broner and Burns probably sells more tickets in the UK than it would over in the USA.

Ricky has done well beating the guys put in front of him, that's what he has to do, it's not his fault some opponents were a bit below the level! Is Broner annoying, yeah he is, can he fight, yeah he can, will he beat Burns, maybe yeah! Ricky has still to fight the bigger names, give him the chance!

Very true. Look at his first 15 fights, he showed more balls than most fighters do in their first 30.

We'll know more about Broner after we see how he handles DeMarco.

I agree, but you know the Yanks.

If Burns doesnt go fight Broner in his hometown he'll be "ducking broner"

Personally i think Broner wins but the fight should happen in England or Scotland

How many top americans has this Burns fought? Mexicans? Puerto Ricans? Any known commodities before last night? At this time in the sport with his weight division, he'll have to be a huge attraction like Hatton in order for him to stay there and mean anything. Come over here and fight. Why is that so hard for all of you to understand?
