I just want to see who agrees with me here? I think burpees tuck jumps and star jumps are very underated excersises i spent too much time neglecting these things and concentrating on running.
In the last week i have begun running a mile at a time always between 5-6 and half minutes and a circuit of 10 burpees 10 star jumps 10 tucks jumps without a break at full intensity in between each mile. I also do circuits with a bench and i swear i feel much fitter stamina wise already i neglected these things in my training and now i wish i hadnt who agrees with me that these things are often overlooked but great?

Tuck Jumps and Star Jumps....? If you mean, a Burpee with a tuck jump or a star jump at the end.

Then i will have to kind of agree with you. For overall conditioning, Burpee Jumps are great. You can do intervals, or sets and reps. I think they are best used in a interval format, like 45seconds of Burpree Jumps, 1 Minute rest........and repeat.

Its multi joint exercise, and incorporating some upper body resitants and it hits the legs hard.

You can adapt the exercise aswell, and incorporate a push up at the bottom of the exercise.

This is the proper way to do a Burpee Jump.

I agree, burpees are an amazing exercise, so good for cardio and pretty easy on the joints too
