have been trying to do the prisoners work out 3 times a week alongside my daily workouts and god damn is it tough.
after further evaluation... i found that she was infact, performing burpees. i cant imagine how i missed that:think but yeah.. burpees rule

Paradoxically, this is the one thing I hate about boxing. All the ladies drop out after the beginners' class
And burpees are the ****ing ****. There's no way around them if you want to get anywhere in life. Abe Lincoln used to knock them down in sets of like 200.
Just did 40 with a push up on the bottom. Tiring but I'm not real sure what to do with them though... Strange exercise. Mountain climbers seem worse than this.
