The "Middle of his Career" Mike Weaver over the "Early in his career" Mike Weaver, likely by KO. The "Middle of his career Mike Weaver" over the "Later part of his career Mike Weaver", also by KO. Both possible "Mike Weaver" scenarios, there....................you happy?
Weaver in similar fashion to how he beat Tate. He gets outboxed for a while then comes back late to score a KO or stoppage. Douglas was a “ good “ fighter but I’ve never bought into the myth that he was unstoppable for one night inTokyo.
I definitely think Weaver. Douglas could box, but this fight would be similar to Tucker vs. Douglas. To be honest, though Weaver wasn't the most amazing, Douglas was made for him. Douglas would outbox him for a long time, but would get tired, and would be very vulnerable to a dramatic one-punch KO near the end, which Mike specializes in.
