Got to be one of the busiest boxing nights in the UK tonight, for events and for TV.

Theres non-TV shows in Wolverhampton, Doncaster (shown on secondsout), London (Debra show).
Friday Fight Night from York Hall Bethnal Green.
    Also on TV
Eurosport bill from Spain and in the early hours ESPN bill from the states.

Just wandered anyone's thoughts on any of these, predictions, anyone going to any etc etc.

I'll put my penny worth in later, gotta do some work :good

Stefy Bull will hammer Ali Wyatt. Bull - Wyatt are headlining a truly **** poor card at Donny, but i'm a sucker for live boxing

Yeah I'm going the Wolverhampton show
    <<<<<<<

Steve Saville was supposed to get a shot at Lawton's vacated English belt (against Jon Baguley - who's pulled out) but will now headline against Yussef Al Hamidi for a Masters strap. Can see Al Hamidi giving local favourite Saville all sorts of trouble. Also on the card Wolverhampton's women's "world" champ agains that bird off Big Brother

Stefy's a good fighter. Not seen much of Wyatt to be honest.

I like Steve Saville, he seems like a nice fella, but also think that Al Hamidi might give him real problems...don't know what it is but the idea of women boxers just doesn't do it for me :-(...i'd probably head for the bar at that point :deal

Stefy is a decent fighter who in the mid 90's I honestly thought was destined for really great things, but his career has been a bit of a roller coaster...I still enjoy watching him as he is a decent stylist :thumbsup I saw Wyatt early last year against Martin Gethin and to be honest on that performance Bull won't have any problems handling him (thats the kiss of death for Stefy)

I like Stefy but he never looks interested in a fight if it looks a tough night. I was going to to the Donny show tonight but I got gardening to do.

Stefy never quite made it to top level.... His fight with Dean pithie was a *******. We were matched for the Central area title but I had to pull out with flu. I think we'd have had a good fight. He is pretty canny and has some decent wins at area level and just higher.

Alexei Acosta is one of the best Cuban prospects at Doncaster

Yeah Saville's a good fella. He's not one for the purists but he's good to watch and always comes for a war! I agree though think Al Hamidi will frustrate him. I know what your saying re women's boxing, only really watch Lyndsey Scragg her being local, she has a good go though and has got skills.
