    He took harder shots than Joyce ever did without going down against Wlad and Povetkin. Joyces chin isn't anywhere near Wachs.

    I seriously worried for Joyce's health when he was on his way down after that one. I don't know if I've ever seen a heavyweight get hit that hard and get up.

    Chisora is a big puncher and he hit JJ with multiple bombs every round. How TF did JJ see the end more like it.

    Zhang hits hard, but not atg hard. It’s just that he has great timing and can catch weak defenders stepping into his counters, or not seeing them at all. Hrgovic and Parker are the last 2 halfway decent boxers he’s faced, and they handled his power ok.

    So the guy who is almost universally regarded as the biggest, or second biggest puncher in heavyweight history doesn’t hit as hard as Zhang?

    Here’s some critical thinking for you;

    Zhang is in his 40’s and has never beaten anybody of serious talent, and never even fought for a belt.

    He’s the most overhyped fighter in the division. And by a fair margin too. If he was this all time great puncher he’d have done something by now. He’s not, so he hasn’t.

    In 20 years time Zhang will have been pretty much forgotten. He’ll be nothing more than a footnote. However, I can guarantee that we will still be talking about Earnie Shavers for generations after that.
