I really fear that Bute will go down sooner and harder this saturday. I wonder if he can survive the initial storm Andrade will unleash on him. Andrade will be using more uppercuts and will try to brutalize Bute at every moments. I think i've lost my faith in Bute, his fight with Zuniga was too easy and Andrade look strong vs Tsypko.

    Hope I'm all wrong.

Wrong mate Bute refused to take an eliminator with Carl ... as did Inkin ...Bute saw what froch did to Tatevosyan whom he could on beat on points and didnt fancy it one bit then Inkin was approached and he again bottled it .

I do not know why BUte wasnt asked I personally think hes a fine boxer but personally the US wanting 3 fighters in the compo was one reason ... Bute could easily have been in for one of the US boxers....

Agree with point 3 hopefully to unify the division .... but for me Bute would struggle against the major S6 contenders....

He would still be a tough matchup for any super 6 fighters. And after seeing Froch looking so bad vs Dirrell and Kessller look so limited, he can surely compete with those guys. I even think Andrade would slaughter Froch very badly, cuz Froch is nowhere as slick as Bute.

This is a great fight! Should be called "When good guys fight". I have huge respect for both of them.

Bute's already #1 in the division with Kessler losing this weekend. Are you saying he'll DROP because he gets a convincing win over Andrade?

No that would be Ward. He beat the man now he is the man. Lets see Bute win clearly first.

There was no "the man" at SMW. There hasn't been since Calzaghe moved up. Ward was at #8 before the fight. You're implying that he should jump all the way to #1 just because he beat #1? That's not how it works.

We'll see tomorrow who's #1, but I suspect Ward will have jumped to #2 or #3, but not to #1.

False. It was Froch who cited a leg injury in '07.He either fought Tatevosyan(who was 2 months off losing to Bute) or got in jured after that one.He should have fought a IBF title eliminator with Bute but refused and took time off to heal weather or not that's true.
Bute fought Bika in june when the Froch fight was suppose to be after a few others turned down title eliminators from IBF's rankings,Lacy and Green were between them.Froch came back that year in novermber with Reid and that was that. The Inkin thing was ;last year.

The ring will be 20 feet, just like last time. The smaller ones are 16 feet and the larger 24 feet. So, it will be an average ring. As for the ref and the judges, I'm pretty sure GBP and Interbox agreed on half and half. Last March (Zuniga fight), the IBF had only 2 possible referees for our area. They give the names to the Quebec boxing commission (Régie des courses et des jeux), who choose. There is a public workout tomorrow in Quebec city. Maybe we'll know then.

You're on ESB since December 08. That's when Froch won against Pascal. Ok, let me guess. You were a new boxing fan then. Ah! And now you're pissed because with his last 2 performances, even if he "won" both times, Froch is not number one of the division. He may even be lower than number 2. So you try to bull**** on the back of the other boxers, hoping it raises the profile of your favourite one.

Froch refused to fight Bute way before last year. Cubex is right on everything. Instead of facing Bute for a title, he preferred to face a damaged Tatevosyan, giving him only 2 weeks to prepare to the fight, with less than 2 months break after the beating Bute gave him.

    Boxing existed before last year.
