    Stop with the cherry picking thing. Here are Bute's last opponents and why he took these fights:

    TBA November 2011 - Offers: Mikkel Kessler ( Turned Down ), Kelly Pavlik ( Turned Down ), Peter Quillen ( Turned Down ), Glen Johnson ( In the Works )

    Jean Paul Mendy ( Bika Vs. Mendy winner would be the mandatory opponent. Bika punched Mendy when he was down. Bika was DQ'd. Mendy won. Sakio Bika would've been a legit fight. )

    Brian Magee ( Not a real good fight but at the time Magee was 34-3-1. Also, Kessler got his first offer and turned it down because he needed a Warm-up fight to start his comeback verses Mehdi Bouladla. It was all Bute could get and he easily won by TKO in RD 10 )

    Jesse Brinkley ( Mandatory Challenge. )

    Edison Miranda ( Knockout Artist. And top contender many times. )

    Librado Andrade ( Hard Hitting challenger. Who holds wins over Vitaliy Tsypko, Yusaf Mack, and Robert Stieglitz and a UD loss to Kessler, And A UD loss to Bute where Bute was knockdown once but survived easily and got a wide UD win, now in the rematch Bute scored a brutal knockout over Andrade. )

    Fulgencio Zuniga ( Fought popular fighters like Kelly Pavlik and lost a late TKO and a UD loss to Tavoris Cloud )


    Librado Andrade ( Hard Hitting challenger. Who holds wins over Vitaliy Tsypko, Yusaf Mack, and Robert Stieglitz and a UD loss to Kessler, And now A UD loss to Bute where Bute was knockdown once but survived easily and got a wide UD win )


    He wants a challenge. Stop with the Bute cherry picking threads. When Kessler, Quillien and Pavlik who all turned him down. And Ward is in Super 6.

    Bute turned down Kessler, refused to respond to Pascal, priced himself out of the s6, wants to fight smaller guys except Golovkin and fights only in comfy Quebec.

    Bute offered Kessler over 3 million and Kessler said no! I never even heard of a Pascal fight even being attempted.

    The offer was 750K + danish ppv. Jokish offer that Sauerland countered.

    Pascal has called Bute out twice. First time Bute said he wanted to stay at SMW while Interbox subsequently tried to make a fight with Danny Green who's a CW. :lol:


    People should just stop with this excusemaking, enjoy watching him bowl over no-hopers in silence and quitely wait untill Bute fights someone with a pulse.

    Pascal always call Bute when one of them got a fight planned. They are my 2 favorites fighters so i know what i'm talking about here!

    Since you are familiar with both of them, do you have a suggestion as to why Bute doesn't respond to Pascal's challenge?

    Like i said i love both (i saw more Pascal fight live then Bute) i think that Pascal is a little jealous about Bute popularity and that Ibox doesn't want to answer publicly to avoid giving Pascal free publicity since there no serious talk. Even Gym president said that the fight will be made later in there career.

    Pascal was calling Bute back when he was still a nobody to get his name out there. Bute was, is, and will (probably) always be more popular than Pascal. Pascal thinks he deserves more love from the fans than Bute and therefore calls him day and night even though he knows that his own promoter won't make the fight. Like Badlock says, they want to make this fight later in their careers because they think it will be the biggest event ever in Quebec history. They will probably meet when Bute moves to 175.
