    The only scenario where I give Froch a chance is if the fight is in Nottingham (the 10K capacity arena is a fantastic boxing venue, it made the Bute fight awesome for them and insanely shocking for me in there), if Ward struggles to make weight after the long layoff and the eventual path to LHW, if Rachel promises Carl A) several new moves in bed post-fight and B) to STFU during the fight, and if Froch spars a few spoilers in camp. So, pretty slim.

    Unlikely. Yes Ward has been inactive but Froch will be 38 this year, was never the quickest or the best technically and has probably developed some wear and tear over the years.

    Ward can easily beat Froch from the outside as he did from the inside.

    Ward will always be the worst possible style match up for Froch, id like to see Ward in with someone like Andre Dirrell or Degale

    No doubt but this is an adjustment that would help Froch.
