To be fair Kessler would have never gone to Australia if it wasn't part of the deal for him getting the Siaca shot.

That really wasnt the case... Team Palle lost the pursebid for the Mundine fight, so Kessler was forced to fight in Auastralia, at the time he had serious chronic backproblems and his trainingcamp up to that fight was literally a mess because of it. So it was a Kessler at 80 percent who faced Mundine (one of kesslers most underrated wins by the general public).

That has nothing to do with their opponent... What you describe is the fear of losing and that is something completely different.

I seem to remember that in order for Siaca being allowed to defend in Denmark, the winner of the fight was mandated to fight Mundine soon thereafter. You are probably right about the pursebid though, but I frankly cannot remember that bit.

Mundine and his team only excepted a 1 month delay. Kessler fought his best fight ever vs. a very game/talented Mundine. Round 4 - Kessler at his best...:bbb

Kessler jumped in to replace an injured Mads Larsen. Then Kessler was forced to go to Australia in his first mandatory...........!!

    Anyone remember Butes first mandatory......??

I am a Dane, so Kessler is obvious. Because of that I have followed the SMW scene with great passion for years. (Ward, Bute, Froch, Andrade)

Other fighters I like to watch (I watch most of the boxing aired on danish or German TV):

Yuriorkis Gamboa: Mad offensive skills, exciting to watch

Amir Khan: Great fighter, but his chin will always be in question.

Bernard Hopkins: How he keeps being competetive and better than most is insane.

    Floyd

    Manny

Other than that I like the Cruiserweight division right now, pretty stacked at the top, with many good matchups to come.
