True, but you can't blame him for the ref's decision. If I were Bute and I reviewed the tape, I would call for a immediate rematch. Now, if he does not want to give the rematch or has his people not wanting a rematch and yes he is a paper champ.

The bell to the end of the round had rung before the 10 seconds was up, and the ref really should not have evn finished the count. The bell had rung. End of story. Bute won the fight fairly. If the undisputed champion(Calzaghe) was still active in the division then sure but he's not.

 

I think Andrade should have won too but I think Bute is a good champ but he wont beat Kessler. I dont see that it happening.

if we're lucky, we'll see that within a year. But I'm curious to know where you rate Bute. Above Sartison and Haussler? Because they looked silly. If Bute is better, he will look better than those 2. Of course we won't know for sure if Kessler's confidence has came back from his lost until he faces a real top 10 boxer. That's not for the next months, he will look outstanding again against Gusmyl Perdomo.
