Let Kessler get rid of Stieglitz, let Bute defend his title against Johnson and let the showdown with Froch and Ward settle.. Then i am pretty sure that both Kessler and Bute will go after the big fish...
Most all the experts agreed it was a 60/40 offer. More than some thought Kessler deserved considering Bute's drawing power. Whether or not he'll get more when he takes Steiglitz belt is anyone's guess, but he was made a generous offer according to several nuetral boxing sources and refused to even counter. And he wouldn't be lying if he said it wasn't 3 mil, because it wasn't, but would have added to that with the euro tv/ppv $$$. So there's no telling if Kessler is fibbing or not, and also there are training and promotional costs as well, bringing the potential 3 mil down to less than 2, so even if it were 3 mil, he could have said no it wasn't 3 mil, and NOT be lying.
I didnt put this thread on ESB again... My point is: - we dont know what really happened and what were the right numbers and who's fault it is. - we do know though that team Kessler look weird and we can ask did team Kessler duck Bute - now jeptser is trying to talk about it again. Ok, maybe theres what 1 thread from a Bute's fans in the last 3 months about Kessler ducking Bute. And this is like the 10th thread in the same time trashing on Bute. So I was asking: "why do you keep talking about that?" But after reading the last couple of pages, I can see why, people just like bashing on Bute.
It's not his own domestic TV righs. All the TV rights are the property of the promoter of the event. This is real cash, want it or not. The funny part is Kessler paying Stieglitz a fortune in a deal that gives him $0 from domestic TV money. I feel Kessler is trusting Sauerland and is repeating what the German tells him. For me, that doesn't change a thing: Sauerland had been manoeuvring to make the Stieglitz fight before receiving the Interbox offer. That alone makes me cry: BULL****!
Sauerland's spokeperson said Kessler was not receiving that much to fight Stieglitz. Way less than 1,4 millions. Who speaks the truth in that team?
Who talks to Kessler? Sauerland does. Kessler is only repeating what his promoter tells him. What does that prove? Nothing.
and how much is kessler paying stieglitz to fight in denmark? anyone would travell for that money,why didn't he offered bute that deal? because it was a big risk small reward (translation for being scared/duck..you name it).anyone who is not a ****** like you would be scared of bute..cause he hurts people,that's what he does.
People said the Money was as low as 375,000 to 750,000 + PPV cash and part of ticket sales.... To a 3 Mil offer. ???? Obviously 3 million wasn't offered! Basically Kessler is saying BUTE low balled him because BUTE didnt want to fight him! No one will ever know the truth!
