Bute-Miranda = Garbage

Brinkley only fought for the no.2 spot. He didn't fight for a direct shot at Bute.

 

I dont think he was talking about the fight itself but the match up.

 

I thought Miranda fought surprisingly well the first two rounds. He got caught with a great punch. It happens.

 

Miranda is a decent fighter but he comes unstuck at the highest level.Its happening quicker than it used to now though.He is a measuring stick and nothing more Bute proved nothing beating Miranda.

 

Everyone (Pavlik, Abraham, Ward) proved something when they beat Miranda but now Bute stops Miranda (measuring stick, your own description) in 3rd round with one of the most acuurate and devastating uppercuts we have seen lately and yet he proves nothing and does not gain any credits. Well, that's strange...

 

I doubt it. I'd say Bute's first counter left uppercut to Brinkley's notoriously fragile midsection puts him down for the count. I also would favor Miranda to knock Brinkley out.

 

Well Pavlik and Ward beat him before they won titles not on there 5th title defence. When Ward beat him it was just showing that he can complete and beat guys at a higher level. We already knew Bute can.

 

Why is Bute not in the Super 6 tourney?

 

Everyone beaten by Bute suddenly become ****. Bute destroyed his last 3 opponents : Zuniga, Andrade and Miranda. All of them were considered strong and hard to beat fighters, now the Bute haters think they are garbage C, D , E... boxers.

Andrade and Miranda have still a lot to say in this sport, we will see. I was impressed aboutthe improvements of Miranda in the first 2 rounds, but you don't mess with BUTEEE !

 

Andrade is a good fighter but look what Kessler did to him?? He's easily outboxed by top guys. Still a good win.

Zuniga??? And Miranda??? They are becoming nothing more then gate keepers. Pavlik beat Zuniga 5 years ago in his first step up in class. Look at the fighters Pavlik fought before Zuniga.... All tomato cans. And Ward did the same thing with Miranda.

 

He was never invited. They wanted 3 Americans(Ward , Dirrell , Taylor-now replaced by Green) and they choose 2 champions (Froch WBC & Kessler WBA that was ranked nr1 SMW) and Abraham ex: IBF middleweight champion that vacated his belt and moved to super-middleweight.And Bute was having an IBF super-middleweight mandatory to fight with Andrade.

 

Remember their first fight when Andrade KO'd bute? I mean C'MON! it was like 15 seconds and bute couldn't stand by himself he was resting against the ropes atsch

Kessler hammered andrade 12 rounds before anyone else now andrade isnt the same just like kessler after the Calzaghe fight

 

Miranda got knocked out for clowning around. Serves him right
