Thanks. Guess it will be a while before he can fight any of those guys. Until then, we'll never know.
Agree. Miranda tried to clown a guy with plenty of punching power, and paid for it less than 30 seconds later. After acting like he couldn't even feel Bute's punches, Bute made sure to throw that uppercut with plenty of force behind it.
That must be the most false set of information spread all over the place in the boxing world.... The only possible stoppage in that fight should have happened before the knockdown cause Bute was tossed around the ring like a little doll... When Bute went down...take some notes now : There was very little time left on the fight clock. Bute got up by 8 seconds from the moment he was down, whether the ref took 20..30 or 40 seconds to complete his count doesn't change that fact. There wouldn't have been any more time to continue the fight even if the ref did the fastest ever count in the history of boxing !!! Per the IBF rule book, all that Bute needed to do in such a circumstance, was to be up before 10 seconds of being down. He didn't need to prove he could continue fighting, walk forward, etc.... That's their rule in such circumstances, whether people agree with it or not ! NOW spread once and for all that truth around !! Thank you !
