Ward refused to fight in the tournament unless he got all his fights in his home town!

Bute would love to knock Ward out ASAP! This fight should be in neutral territory, Ward refused to fight in neutral territory and he continues to practice his head butting technique in the gym.

This is exactly the type of absolute garbage that I referred to as appalling. This tournament is in fact "the sauerland six." It was Sauerland's idea, and Sauerland brokered every deal. Anyone who does not think Sauerland had massive influence over who got invited is terribley naive. Write this down; Kalle and Wilfried Sauerland will NEVER let Bute of Pavlik anywhere near Abraham or Kessler.

I seriously doubt if Miranda could tear Bute's jaw half way off his face:nono

I give Miranda no chance against Bute.

Again, produce some evidence or kindly STFU. You love to rail on people for casting aspersions at your hero -- and I agree with you there -- but you turn around and do the same at Showtime/Sauerland.

No one has any reason to fear Pavlik at 168 or higher, and especially not if the money is right.

Bute is the best 168 lbs fighter in the world.

I doubt if Sauerland would have agreed for Ward to have all his fights in his home town.

Jermain Taylor and two prospects got invited. Bute and Pavlik did not. Pretty simple.

    Why was Bute not invited?

Because he can beat Abraham and Kessler. Sauerland screwed up by inviting Son of Goat, and Kessler got beat. On paper Ward had little chance against MK. No fighter who Sauerland knew before hand would have a good chance against AA or Kessler got invited. It really is that simple, but most on ESB go into full blown denial if you point that out.

    Good point.

How did Ward get all his fights in his home town? I agree that Bute is the best 168 lb. fighter in the world today, no doubt about it.

Bookmarked...I hope I can refer to your post at the end of 2011 latest. I've no doubt that AA is willing to fight each and everyone who has the balls to face him. :smoke

Arthur is not afraid of anyone around his weight. Sauerland, however, is a very smart man.
