You didn't reply to the fact that Showtime has to agree about his opponents and are paying 2M$ per fight to have him. Why would Showtime accept Mendy when there will be Froch or Johnson, Ward or Abraham (if he stays at SMW), and maybe one of Dirrell and Kessler back on track?
