Fast guys are gonna burn oxygen at a higher rate. Your plumbing is what it is so it becomes a matter of controlling the pace. Fighting better on the inside would help with that.

His stamina usually is good so he needs a better phasing.Zuniga is gonna be a tough test in facing Andrade again.

good point, but Bute try to control the pace with Andrade by holding him
and thats almost cost him the fight!

Oh hell no! I've never predicted a Zuniga win in this one! I'm just messing with you.

However, as far as Bute's inside fighting skills, Zuniga is absolutely the wrong guy to try and learn on. He has a hellacious uppercut, and as witnessed by Oganov, he only needs about 8-10" of space to fire off a cracking left hook. Zuniga is not fast, nor does he have much of a jab. Bute needs to control the pace, and box on the outside.

Well, wasn't that Thunder's point about fighting better on the inside? I'm at the point in life where about a minute of 3/4 speed wrestling with my son gets me pretty damned winded. I can't even imagine how grueling it would be to go 12 with someone intent on hurting you and pushing the pace.

IMO Bute is garbage and lost to Andrade! Bute is a hype and nothing more...I hope Zuniga whoop his a$$ though Bute probably beats him by KO!

Well,he wasnt able to hurt his las opponent Inkin to whom he lost a point decision.Inkin lost his world title in his last fight against Balzsay who did hurt Inkin unlike Zuniga.

Fight 14 th: Kabary Salem/ Lolenga Mock/Sakio Bika/Alexandro Berrio/Librado Andrade and why not Zuniga for optional fight... well well...what about Arthur Abraham, who is he figthing next, hum I don't remember the name. And there's many many other boxer who's affraid, but not Lucian Bute!

Be serious or go play golf.

Zuniga took the Inkin fight on 2 weeks notice. I think that played a pretty big roll in his poor performance. Watch his fight with Oganov, his fight with Pavlik, or his 2 wars with Zertuche. THAT fighter is a VERY dangerous man; not the most skilled guy around, but dangerous nevertheless.
