Didn't you try and do a thread on Zuniga which basically deteriorated into people saying he was a bum you were trying to make look better so that Kelly would look better?
Zuniga is a solid optional defense. IF he didn't have the controversial win against Andrade in his last fight. Some guys fight for greatness and glory and others look for paydays and longevity. It's obvious what category Bute falls into at this point. Not giving Andrade an immediate rematch is a joke. Let all the French-Canadians suck on his balls for these kind of fights, but don't take Bute seriously as a potential elite level fighter.
The Zuniga/Inkin thread turned into a Pavlik bashing thread. However, the poll attached to that thread ran 62% Zuniga, 38% Inkin. In the aftermath of Zuniga's loss I called it a minor upset, and several people who actually voted for a Zuniga win flamed me for calling it an upset. That's life on ESB.
You are the kind of jerk off ******* that don't understand the rules. Everybody hopes to see Bute vs Andrade II, even if the IBF clearly stated that Bute won within these rules. Andrade has to get back to #1 spot to earn his second try at Bute. You can blow **** all around you, but you will never get any credibility by saying Bute is not an elite fighter. Anyway, I just hope Lucian shots your trap by winning is second fight against Andrade and then take Taylor or Kessler. Maybe then you will give Bute what you will never get... RESPECT.
I'd appreciate if you can you point me to where I might find the rule that says you must be the #1 contender to fight the champ? Thanks.
I never said I saw a problem. Let me word things a different way. I think that setting Bute up with someone who can bang like Zuniga speaks well of his handler's confidence. Zuniga does not have world class skills, but he does have world class "knock ya the **** out" in both hands.
Why do you play with words, Bute is still the champ and the only way he HAS to give Andrade a second try is that If Andrade becomes the #1 contender to his belt. Witch is not the case now. In other words, Bute's next fight is an OPTIONNAL defense.
