Dawson whops his ass. Late KO or UD.

Of course a lot of people will go "OMFG WOT!!" because after that KO Bute is now automatically the most feared man in sports history, hey if Margarito won that for some cockroaches then anyone else can.

Bute knocking out Andrade does not make him invincible, he still was floored late in the first fight and looked like he was nearly KO'd. He CAN be beat.

Tell me how what you're talking Dawson up as is any different whatsoever than what you're accusing Bute fanboys of being.

The Andrade fight has nothing to do with Bute's skills and potential as a boxer. The man will never be a knockout artist cause he doesn't have that kind of power. The 1st knockdon in the Andrade II fight was due to Andrade not seeing a quick counter coming sideways to him...

What Bute does have, is an excellent left hook to the body and him winning that way is a natural to him for people that have followed his career from the very start.

Let's put things in perspective, Bute almost lost the 1st fight cause he gassed out in the 12th, not cause of any particular shots thrown towards Bute... Of course he can be beat, but so can anyone..

Bute is not a beast now cause he KO'd Andrade. He is and always was a very skilled southpaw.

If he and Dawson meet in the ring, I favor Dawson but it will be much closer than you think...not because of Bute's power, cause that's exaggerated on this forum, but because you would see 2 fighters displaying great boxing skills !

Dawson shows up at the scales shredded to pieces, makes 168,faints.

The next day he's a ghost and gets stopped.

    At 175 he beats Bute.

Dawson is a paper champion nothing more, he ducked everybody who was under 40 and ducked mandatory contender Diaconu and Zolt Erdei who is linear champ.Bute would batter him at any weight ,any time and any place,Bute fought before at 175 and looked good at the weight.

I think anyone who is lauding Bute based on his 2 wins vs Andrade need to knock back a shot of ole reality. Andrade is extremely limited and Bute, being a good fighter, should have done that to him. I like Bute, but to say he'd batter Dawson is .........optimistic.

Mrs. Bute as you said is STILL UNDEFEATED and No. 1 in his category this moment according to The Ring and to Box Rec. I admit a Dawson match will not be a walk in the park.
If a fellow seems to you crossed the line by a post you don`t insult a getleman. You prove you`re not better than him with anything.

Bute is just as athletic as Dawson. So is his footwork and movement, handspeed.

I think Bute's just as good a boxer as Dawson and has more punching power and a better chin.

The question is how would Dawson deal with someone who presents the same boxing abilities and size as him. Fighting Johnson and Tarver the last while hasn't exactly shown that he could deal with someone like Bute.

In fact, Bute has a little more speed, in all departments (foot, hand, head), than Dawson. You watch them side to side and it becomes pretty obvious. Dawson seems bigger though.
