You do realize Andrade was halfway across the ring right? He took his sweet time to return to the neutral corner when the ref told him to go back. Yes, the ref did a very shitty job handling the whole thing but Andrade needs to take part of the blame here. If he had not walk halfway across the ring. this whole thing wouldn't have happened.
Bute dominated the first fight up until the point that he got knockedout. I think that will play a major role in the rematch. I think that Bute will fight more carefully, and Andrade will fight more carefree, I think that he will put even more pressure on Bute. My head tells me that Bute will win a UD, Andrade just isnt skilled enough to get his shots in without Bute helping him by either getting gassed or lazy.
Everything I said his true. I guess you didn't see the picture I posted months ago that showed Andrade in the middle of the ring when the ref turned around to make sure he was still in the neutral corner.
neither of them are gonna change their gameplan, but i will say this...if andrade starts early, he can and might get the tko stoppage....but if librado starts the same, bute will coast to a decision... props to bute though, defending his title against a former controversial opponent, in vegas, on mexican independence weekend.....THAT RIGHT THERE IS WHAT BUILDS A LEGACY
Disagree.Larouche has the mid of a army general.A sick one on fact. Different gameplan maybe not but a few improvements yes. And I forgot it will be on Mexican Independence Day.........****!
Oh puulllleeeaaassseeee. Enough already. At that point in time, where the fighter stands isn't crucial. As long as he's anywhere close to the neutral corner, that should be good enough. Your job is to get the count right instead of PURPOSELY trying to delay the count to give Bute more time to recover. If you can't see that, i don't know what else to say.
The fight was over the moment Bute got up anyway so what happened after is irrelevent. And Andrade was closer to the center of the ring than the corner.
what else can bute do, i mean he did everything right in the first fight...i find it nearly impossible to completely run around all night and outbox andrade....i mean, kessler did it but thats kesslers style, bute loves to mix it up to and to me, that's something that you can't really change in a natural born fighter.......
SO STOP TALKING, ref was maybe wrong, Andrade was maybe wrong too, Bute got the win by wide margin and with great effort to get up after being floored. Now its irrevelant. Please can we move forward.
WRONG!!!! It doesn't matter if the fighter gets up. If the ref feels that he isn't fit to continue, the fight should be stopped. At that point in time, Bute was not fit to continue. If Andrade had 30 more seconds, do you doubt that he would've finished Bute? I think that if a competent ref does their rematch and lets Andrade work on the inside and prevents Bute from holding everytime Andrade comes in, Andrade will finish the job. I mean what can Andrade do if he's constantly being held anytime he's trying to do work? You have to let Andrade do his work for him to have a chance.
So I guess you were perfectly fine with the end of the Mosley-Mayorga fight when Mosley was standing 3 feet away from Mayorga waiting to hit him as soon as he got up? You realize that's against the rules right? The opponent has to be in the neutral corner and the ref has to stop the count to sent him back if he gets out of the corner too quickly. I'm thinking walking half way across the ring counts as being out of the neutral corner. But like I said previously, we would not be debating about this if Andrade had stayed in the neutral corner. He shoot himself in the foot giving the ref the perfect excuse to delay the count.
