Bute vs Andrade, done deal for Friday October 24th in Montreal

Bute's going to get dominated and put away, this is a horrible style for him as he's very tenative. People think he's going to dominate Andrade or stop him? When he couldn't do so to Bika? Yet has shown no improvements since Bika at all with his main issue's.

Bika is not even a pressure fighter, but was able to have effectiveness by using pressure. Bute lacks the power to keep Andrade off of him and is not hard to push to the ropes, where he becomes tenative and drops defence. His defence is not great anyway, Andrade's got underrated timing and will be landing punches due to his high workrate.

It's a wash fella's, expect a brutal beatdown from Andrade like he placed upon Stieglitz, with some more competitive spots of course and some more give and take, as Bute will try to remedy the situation in anyway he can.

Bute can take a lot, so it'll be a grueling fight. But a fun one, where Andrade gets an impressive victory.

People here heavily favouring Bute and writing Andrade off in this scenerio are in for a surprise, it's either they overrate Bute or underrate Andrade.

 

I was wondering where he went, he was acting like Amsterdam and others are plotting some conspiracy to take over the board. After some people questioned his motives behind the thread he all of a sudden dissapeared, strange. I know I've been accused of being Amsterdam, which is totally untrue.

It came from when you first started posting and would post near exact replications of either my analysis or Brooklyn's analysis on prediction threads and then promote Mijares and Gamboa, which the prediction and analysis thing may have been totally your views, as I have always said that boxing analysis often has evident factual sides to it that cannot be ignored, but some people don't like me and will try to attack anybody who shares similiar opinions to me....:huh

Decebal was attacked as being a 'lackey' and then took it too serious and sought out to be the opposite and started taking shots at me and a few other posters here and there, with it resulting into that thread accusing me and some posters who share some common opinion as driving Brooklyn away, which is very far from the truth.

I don't get it personally, I have not posted any differently than I did well before Decebal arrived here but he says I'm an arrogant ***** type poster, but some people end up taking forums way too seriously.

Maybe some of the posters accusations on his motives were on target, that could be the case, either way lets hope he lightens up and has good discussion and fun on here if he returns and stops that nonsense.

Bute can fill up the Bell center in montreal(20 000+).

 

They are not fighting on PPV anymore. They have a contract with TVA. They will broadcast the fights live in HD on free tv and get the best ratings of any sport event including the Hockey Playoffs, the Superbowl and the Euro.

I'm really disappointed by the date. Why is this not a saturday and why in hell is this not on HBO!?????

Andrade's last fight was on B.A.D. The commentators were saying an eliminator like that shouldn't really be on B.A.D. but that Andrade deserved the limelight. He didn't disappoint against Stieglitz that's for sure so I'm a bit surprised his fight for the title against a rated Champ like Bute, is going to be on Friday Night Fights if at all which is a step down from B.A.D. FNF is supposed to showcase prospects and neither Andrade nor Bute are prospects! I'm pretty sure both Andrade and Bute would have wanted a slot on B.A.D and I'm also pretty sure neither would have minded fighting in the USA on an undercard like the HBO PPV Mosley v. Mayorga on the 11th of October. Disappointed for Andrade and surprised GBP haven't pushed the envelope on this one. It could be Andrade's breakthrough moment, after all!

Thoughts: This is the 2nd most logical fight to be made at SMW.
Next: If Bute wins, he will fight Kessler. If Andrade wins, he will fight winner of Froch/Taylor. The loser will take some time off and have an easy fight before getting back on the top. Both belong at the top of SMW.

 

Suppose to be. Semi-final.

 

I think andrade has enough now to beat Bute.

Especially as bute has no real power.
