Bute vs. Froch: Does Anyone Else Really Want to See It?

I saw some very good right hands from Bute in public trainings but for some reason, he doesn't use it much while he fights. We'll se if he uses it more against Magee the southpaw.

I think I it will be more excitig than Ward v Bute but I don't really want to see him winning , because unlike Ward, he never showed real interest in fighting Bute, his comments are actually making me believe he doesn't want any part of. I have no interest in Froch v Pascal 2

 

He's better than Pascal at stamina and Pascal took Froch the whole 12th rounds. Froch Ko rate against top guy's is really bad (shot&gassed-out Taylor).Look at Froch's fights against technical boxers (Taylor-was losing/Dirrel[at first big fight]-some say he lost/Kessler-he lost) Bute is fav if the fight goes 12.
Even if we didn't saw Bute against 3-4 top guys like we saw Froch so we can figure out his ko rate against top fighters , we saw him dropping the most unkockable guy(rebember Kessler-Andrade). He also posess punches that you don't see comming, who are considerated the most dangerous puches in boxing.So I think it's safe to think Bute will be favorite for the Ko to over Froch.

froch is improving and he would be a big step up for bute. if brinkley and andrade can find bute, so can froch. having said that, bute will be able to find froch to the body w/ that left.

all in all this is a great fight and i would love to see it.

Froch is very exciting. It would be a hell of a fight.
I'm a Bute fan... but I have to admit that this fight could go both way.

And just like WesT, I'll root for Ward in a Froch vs Ward... not because I like Ward, but because I want to see the Winner of the Super 6 vs Bute and if Froch wins he might choose to move to light heavy instead

I would go with Bute. Handspeed and power combo would see Froch eating alot of leather. He is no stranger to that, and would not be an easy out. Late stoppage IMO.

This is one of those fights where I like some things about both guys and dislike some about both guys. I have no idea who I'd root for.

 

I think Bute will edge it.

Hopefully Bute will get to face Froch or Ward

 

2 fighters I enjoy watching, yes I would like to see that if it happens.
It could well turn out to be another European SMW classic

 

I'd also love to see this fight. I think Froch's interest for rematching Pascal (or not) will depend on the outcome of Pascal's next fight, so there's still a chance of seeing Bute-Froch at some point even if Ward wins the S6.

First couple of rounds would be quite interesting to watch... seeing who respects who's abilities more, seeing who's jab has the potential to be effective throughout the fight. Froch's jab packs decent power when thrown off the back foot (re: piercing through AA's guard), but I don't know that he can afford that against Bute... and it's not like Bute can't counterpunch.

Bute by late TKO via overwhelming combinations. Froch ain't going down unless he comes out absolutely careless defence wise.

 

i'll be honest, i've been impressed w/ how froch has been able to fight off his back foot against kessler and abraham. he didnt just stand there plodding forward w/ flicking a jab from his kneecap the entire time. i think bute could definetly take this fight but i think froch gives him a tougher time than i would have said if this question were posed prior to the kessler fight.

bute has had some impressive knockouts as of late but the guys he is knocking out don't pose the same challenges carl will. nonetheless, that left hook to the body of lucian's could stop anyone.

 

I'd like to see Bute against anyone of significance to be honest. Froch wins this.

Bute isn't AA, you can bet Froch will be the one coming forward. When Froch comes forward, he doesn't box 100%, he looks more like a brawler... I still watch R12 of Froch-Kessler every now and then, that was a beauty. However Froch didn't cope with movement very well in the Dirrell & Taylor fights... Bute is a boxer puncher who can move, and yes, who can drop you with his left no matter how insignificant you think his opposition has been. Froch would probably get in trouble eating uppercuts and left hooks to the body if he chooses to pressure Bute or trigger a brawl.

 

No one asked for an analysis, and Bute hasn't been fighting the top level fighters consistently like Froch has, so we dont know how good he really is yet, thats why i dont get all the hype surrounding this guy.

 

I wanna see Bute fight a live opponent , thats all i want !!!!

Whether its Froch , AA , Dirrell , Ward , Martinez , Pavlik , Dawson , Pascal , Cleverly any ****er !!!!!

Just fight a live opponent FFS , hell there is enough of them
