Bute Vs. Froch - It's officially on!

I was thinking that if it was Kessler landing all those straight power shots Bute would lie spreadeagled on the floor and if Froch has anything left, Bute will be in a world of pain (if they ever meet that is. I consider that doubtful).

 

Just wait and see when the Rodriguez-George fight is cancelled and Edwin becomes his opponent.

The Butards will be on here like its Hagler-Hearns, claiming Rodriguez is the most dangerous available opponent, because.. remember, Anthony Dirrell is a dad, Andre Dirrell doesn't draw crowds, Froch is ducking, Kessler is ducking, Ward is ducking and Jean Pascal/Bernard Hopkins are duckers. (even though they called him out like 10 times already).

In fairness, Anthony Dirrell isn't a step up. As much as I think he will be good, he hasn't had fights at a high level yet. I think hell get there, but not yet.

 

If you gonna read some of Bute opponents you gonna see that they are consistent in saying that he is very hard to hit flush.

So MrMagic accepts that Dirrell won't fight Bute, that excuse is gone.

Meanwhile, Froch gets mandatory status as per Daryl Peoples' comments on Thursday and has 30 days to make the Bute fight happen.

If it all comes down to you two using that piece, you're clearly out of ammo.
