I agree with everything you say, but like Calzaghe, Froch is better now, towards the end of his career than when he was at his physical peak, because his execution, tactics, discipline, decision-making are better.

Don't look at speed alone, but look at the level of performance on the whole. The Froch that beat Abraham would outpoint the Froch that beat Magee.

Its fine to have an opinion but please don't lie.......................

In the Taylor fight, Froch won the the last 3-4 rounds and before the 12 round the 3 judges had it even or 1 up fore Taylor. .............and that's the fact hater.....

Is your goal to make people hate Bute even more? It sure looks like.

Hey Earl - you kind of pi.. me off..!

If you don't respect Froch as a fighter - well you are simply not a boxing fan.

In every fight Froch has been compatible, so how in hell can the Bute - Froch fight be a mismatch....????

That every time of Bute is once profs career, when according to IBF RULES ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS TO CLEAR THE FLOOR IN LESS THAN 10 SEC WHAT HE DID.

Bute beat William Joppy, Glen Johnson, two former champions.
"Everybody he's KO have been K.O before he fought them?"

Think a little bit , smart kid.Who else KO-ed Andrade? How much boxing do you know?

After all, your Calzaghe beat Hopkins and RJJ, and these what age did they have at the moment?

    Nobody beat Froch at home.

Because there are a lot of people who think this is not a mismatch(not me). Even many important boxing sites have Froch still the #2 at SMW (weird I know). Sites like eastsideboxing...In fact the people from On the Ropes radio hates Bute. They think is a bum and overatted and that Johnson is gonna KO him LOL!
Anyway Froch is still considered top 5 so it's a good fight anyway.

Bute is talented and a fan friendly fighter, but I wasn't aware he's 32 yrs old.

William Joppy got K.O in 5 rounds by a welterweight:patsch

why does Lucian Bute keep fighting old guys?.....
    Glen Johnson 41
    Jean-Paul Mendy 39
    Brian Magee 35
Jesse Brinkley 34........now bute is fighting carl froch 34 :patsch

Librado Andrade and Lucian Bute K.O eachother it's 1-1 bute got unfinished business

Calm down now. We got your point.

Bute can not face your heroe because:
    1) he is retired
    2) he is too old in your own criterias

So, don't worry, Joe will remain unbeaten.

Unfortunately, he does not compete anymore, which means other fighters get the spotlight. You should try to learn to live with it, since the situation won't change ever.

What will you say if Bute wins against Froch? Will you give him his dues or act like a child and say Carl was too old and coming off a loss?

I would add that I think Bute is the best SMW at this time.
Now I dont know how much emphasis should be put on fighting fighters without blemishes on their records (ie no defeats or draws) but Bute hasnt yet fought a fighter without a blemish on his record in any fights at all, let alone any world title fights. Ward hasnt fought any fighters without a blemish on their record in any world title fights.
    Yet -
Froch has fought 3 undefeated fighters in world title fights (winning 2)
Kessler has fought 5 undefeated fighters in world title fights (winning 3)
Steiglitz has fought 2 undefeated fighters in world title fights (winning 2)

Between Froch, Kessler and Steiglitz, Steiglitz is the only one to beat an undefeated world champ who is now current WBA regular champ. Though Kessler beat undefeated Sartison who became WBA regular champ.

There is a big thing about being undefeated which is what makes Bute/Ward intriguing

Problem Bute has is he is fighting Froch coming off an honest loss, so Bute has to do a good clear job on Froch if he is to be able to really push the Ward fight
