You make some good points regarding AA. It's going to be an interesting fight, no doubt about it.

Bute is the better skilled, less proven fighter.... he is favored to win imo

Fight seems forever away... cant wait

Nice post mate and good points about Abraham. It's gonna be a good one whatever happens.

I won't be putting any v-cash on it.

No he really doesn't, its ******ed actually. The only similarity is the hometown fighting but same could be said for Ward or Calzaghe, i could just as easily say Bute resembles Calzaghe and will prevail the way Joe did when he finally got the oppertunity to prove himself against the elite. More importantly AA is a one dimensional Ulli Wegner robot who is undersized for the division, doesnt even know what the word counter punch means and shares no similarities to Bute as a fighter at all.

Bute was IBF and wasnt invited. I'm not saying Froch was lucky, he was fighting in Europe and had a belt so it fit the Europe vs USA tournament, in my opinion.

Some of those expert wrote it some didnt, but I think that most of them who picked Froch did it because they think (rightly or wrongly will be answered saturday) that Froch was beaten by a very good boxer in Ward and in there opinion Bute is not as good as Ward and so since he is not as good and since the fight is in England, a lot of them picked Froch by SD or UD saying that the crowd will make Froch win the close rounds.

It is a good point mate, to say it's ******ed is being harsh.

The bottom line is Bute is fighting away from home for the first time against a top opponent. I agree with what you're saying about AA but we didn't know of his shortcomings prior to the super six, infact he was favourite for a lot of people, even more so after the Taylor KO.

The point he raised is a good one.
