You mean the guy who fought Miranda, McKart, Taylor x2, and then moved up to fight ATG Hopkins 10 lbs above his weight class and tried to set up a fight w/Calzaghe, only to be shamelessly ducked? That guy?
It's been three times now Green has pulled out of negotiations with Bute. Not blaming the media. Blaming chicken with no head Green.:rasta
I was just pointing out that after weeks of having no real news about the potential Bute-Green fight. I emailed Allan Green adviser to ask him about the rumor of Green pricing himself out of another fight. Magically within hours, a website (Owned by said adviser) that pretty much never talks about Bute magically pulls out an exclusive news about Bute's next opponent that no other websites or medias has been able to confirm yet. What are the odds of that happening? :huh
Good news, I've been told no opponent has been signed yet. Interbox is still negotiating with a few potential opponents. Hopefully, Spina is plan "F". lol
lets hope they put a top ten fighter in with bute...to test him before he goes in with the elite of the division....
Hold on, Miranda? he's on your list? hehehe. Ok then. McKart? Taylor got smashed by Froch... and how did this bout with Hopkins go? Go back in your little bunny hole.:rasta
Watch Boxrec SMW rankings. Three out of the first 10 fighters have lost to Bute. So far, Froch has one win against a top 10. It's a big one but still, it's only one. Can't wait for a Bute-Froch fight, Bute will have a fouth top 10 win.
Let me recap for you. I won't use any big words. The implication here is that Bute doesn't want to fight tough opponents. The implication here is that it is, in fact, Pavlik who doesn't want to fight anyone. McKart--quality fighter; Pavlik fought him. Not the best scalp ever, but certainly no bum Now, Miranda was the hottest thing in MW at the time Pavlik fought him. He just lost very controversially to AA after making his face look like the damned Great Pumpkin and was basically lined up for Taylor. The fight was already made. Miranda was tearing **** up. Then Pavlik steamrolled him. Don't forget, Miranda was a beast at this point in time. Taylor--recognized MW champ. Pavlik fought him twice. Then, after Taylor, Pavlik fought Gary Lockett in an attempt to set up a fight with Joe Calzaghe, who had been calling Pavlik out. Calzaghe saw what happened to Lockett and immediately turned and ran the other way. Pavlik did his part and tried to make the fight happen with the P4P 3 at the time. So what does Pavlik do after this? Goes up 2 weight classes to fight ATG and legend B-Hop. He didn't have to; it was an optional fight. But he did it anyways. All the while since taking the title he has been calling out AA and working to put together a fight. My point here is that shitting on Pavlik for not being willing to fight the best is stupid.
Listen, the only thing I meant was that Pavlik with Locket, what's his name and now Mora... is not showing a propensity to fight quality opponents anymore after his debacle against Hopkins.
