Bute vs Palik It's 90% done deal

For whatever reason, Calzaghe (mostly) and Kess fans have always trashed Kelly Pavlik. And yes, I see constant ignorance dished out towards Bute on here too.

 

Yes, Bat the man/Simplythebest/Predator/ThePresident are the most notorious Bute haters. Bat the man is a kessler funboy, Predator is a froch fanboy. What is with this hate? I am a Bute fan and I don't hate any of the SMWs. I actually don't hate any fighter.

 

You should have seen the General Forum Sept. 29, 2007 right about the time Jermain Taylor and Kelly Pavlik would be giving their post fight talks......

Top to bottom was like "OH YEAH!!! Well Calzaghe would UD them and Kessler would just Knock them Out!"

Top to ****ing bottom.....Not "Damn!! What a fight!" or "A new MW champ?" or whatever. and if one did slip in there, it was over run with Calzombies so fast you couldn't even discuss the fight that had just occured AT 160, where both fighter at the time belonged!

 

I've come to the conclusion that being a fan is not well considered on this forum. i begin to be a bit tired. I always like your posts though because I feel you like boxing and Pavlik and for me, it is a quality. I don't care if we disagree in the next months, I know it will be fun anyway.

I personally like KP, LB, Calz and MK. I'm a huge Kessler fan and I would like to see Kessler face off against both Bute and Pavlik. All these fights would be exciting I think. I think a prime Pavlik would make it difficult for both Kessler and Bute, but I'm not so sure about this version of Pavlik. Maybe if he took a couple of more tuneup fights...

Bute is a great fighter and I understand why his fans are frustrated that the Kessler fight wasn't made. However I feel some Bute fans are too disrespectful towards Kessler calling him a duck, saying he is scared of Bute. Kessler has traveled before. Bute hasn't. I'm sure Bute wouldn't mind traveling, but he hasn't and sometimes traveling is the only way to get the biggest fights.

Kessler has traveled because he wants to be the best SMW and unify the belts. Kessler still wants to unify and to do that he has to face Bute sooner or later. I think the Stieglitz route is the right route for Kessler, because he has been away from the ring for over a year and I think his defence looked kinda rusty in the Bouadla fight. Theres is no question about who is the better fighter Bute >> Stieglitz

I'm looking forward to Bute vs Pavlik. I hope Pavlik is 100%, because then we very exciting and close fight imo.

 

Actually not and I believe that both Interbox and Sauerland are quite liberal about the truth in this whole debacle. According to Interbox Kessler was offered 3 mill to fight in Montreal, but the conditions of the offer was not mentioned.

I'm looking forward to Bute Pavlik as well. I'm not ready to write of Pavlik just yet, but it will be a big challenge for him no doubt.

 

Faire post. But I see threads over here like : Bute refused Kessler offer. Now you can see it from a mile that Kessler took the Stieglitz route, and did not want Bute, at least for the moment.

 

Fair post. I still respect Kessler a lot and I know he's not afraid of anyone.

u can tell in his interviews that he does not feel what his promoter says, i would never say he has ducked the fight and u can tell he hold back on his comment when his promoter is next to him, i hate saurland with passion sorry if this offends anybody, just wish the fight would happen:thumbsup

I find your remarks slightly amusing though. I present some points about Pavlik not being the same due to handinfections and alcoholism and all you really focus on is who picks your guy to win and then the rest of guys are haterzzzzz. I never would have thought that you'd be that biased.

PS: I picked Pavlik to KO Hopkins so I've been wrong before.
