    Pavlik is 6' 2 1/2" not 6' 1".

This is not the right time for this fight. Pavlik has been so inactive over the past couple years that he needs another tune-up before he takes on any top guy.

Pavlik is at the point of being SHOT, besides the little fireworks in the begining of the fight, this will be a cake walk for bute, Mendy is the much TOUGHER fight.

I would like to see bute set up a fight with hopkins, that would be a career defining fight.

You cannot define your career with a win over man pushing 50. I'm not saying Hopkins would lose but lets get real here. Mendy is not a better opponent than Pavlik. Mendy is nothing but someones stepping stone.

Not even Bute's most ardent fans try to deny the fact that Lucian is a bit one-handed. His right hand is not particularly dangerous or effective.

Kelly's one shot at winning would be a huge right hand square on the kill button. Bute's tendency to ignore his own right hand makes this possibility a bit more likely.

This guy already lost to Andrade, if not for the ref's help. Pavlik went 50-50 with Martinez. Lol, how quickly you idiots forget. If Pavlik is anything more than a 2-1 underdog bet everything on him. Bring the RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why can't he have a tune up in the mean time? I'm sure Bob Arum could stick him on an undercard of a card between now and then.
