Bute vs Pascal, who wins?

Well Pittman is still far from Andrade and Berrio....Pascal fought the perfect fight vs Diaconnu but i'm still not convinced.

 

Yeah. I say he improved his chin (is that possible??) and stamina against Froch.

Diaconu came in and did what he always does.

 

The difference being that Bute has looked bad for one half round in his entire career (Berrio landed a couple punches on Bute cleanly, but he didn't 'rock' Bute with them), while Pascal fought the entire Pittman fight like **** and was lucky to have the decision come out his way. Pascal had a few other performances that were less than awe-inspiring as well. Granted, he's looked much better in his last few fights.

Anyway, Bute would win a wide, wide UD. He's just as quick as Pascal. He has fewer defensive holes than Pascal (although neither of them is a defensive wizard by any means). He's a lot less sloppy than Pascal. He throws much straighter punches than Pascal. And who the hell knows how Pascal would react to fighting a southpaw, because he's never faced even a gatekeeper who was left handed. Pascal is greatly improved since the Pittman fight, but he and Bute are in completely different classes.

true very true . thing is bute really never faced a fighter who could match his speed but niether has pasacal. bute does have more pop which is why i have him by 11 rd TKo

 

that is true he is very far but he did look better in the Froch and Diaconu fights. whis is what you should be gauging him on

 

Well, i know Pascal would give his heart in there. He could make it interesting. But on skill level, these guys are not on the same planet.

 

Im a big fan of both and i would never like to see this fight happens because one of my fav will have to loose! I have seen all both boxer fight and i can say Pascal isn't ready for Bute , Jean make a giant leap in the last year wile Bute Improve constanly fight after fight for a couple of year!

Yes, Pascal VS Bute would be so huge here, like you said, Pascal would give his heart in there...WITHOUT A DOUBT!!

 

Diacanu would cripple Bute. Pascal beat Diacanu at his own game. Pascal > Bute anyday.

Bute nuthuggers are like Calzaghe's. They're relentless! Bute may be a slick southpaw like Joe but has sweet FA of his other attributes.

People should quit acting like Bute is so many classes above Pascal. Ths would be a close fight at both weights, with Bute winning at 168 and Pascal winning at 175, neither getting knocked out or even knocked down in the process.

I saw genuine great potential from Pascal at LHW.

You seriously think some SMW tournament, froch ducking feather fisted Malignaggi of the SMW division has any chance vs Diacanu? Truly? Publically you're going to state this?

People should stop acting like Pascal is already on top, left aside Adrian, who has he fought Pittman, Norman, Camou, Nievas..please. OK he beat Diaconu in a brilliant way but seven more lbs don't give you more skill. If Froch was able to outbox Pascal, Bute surely can. I have seen all Pascal fight and many time he look wide, sloppy and clumsy and he can't try to box Bute like he was doing vs Adrian. The brawler type Pascal get outboxed by Bute and the boxer type Pascal get outboxed too. Really, I can't see how he can win this one...
