Bute vs Pavlik

Who would win?

How do you arrive at that conclusion? I'm asking because this is one where I think KP would need the KO, or at least a couple 10-8 rounds.

 

i figured he'd drop bute a some tym later on in the fight but will not be able to finish him off

 

Bute is bigger than Pavlik, faster than Pavlik, and has better defense. AND! the best southpaw on Kelly's record is the 2006 version of McKart. Contrary to popular opinion, Bronco was not shot in 2006, but he was not at Bute's level by a long shot.

Bull****! Bute either gets knocked out sometime late, 10-11-12, or wins a close but clear UD.

this is another fight that will never happen.

and although i like bute im going with Kp on this one in 10 being stoped by the ref.

if it's in montreal with marlon as the ref. i say kp wins Sd . marlon will count to 30 before he counts bute out.

 

Bute would destroy Pavlik: too big, too skilled. Pavlik won't go anywhere near this fight.

 

PAvlik probably by late KO, provided no hometown shenanigans from officials. If it goes to the cards, most likely Bute, esp. in Montreal.

If Pavlik's power is as good or near as it is at 160 for 168, I can see Pavlik outworking Bute for a UD. Id still favor Bute 65/35 as of now.

 

Bute at 168. Pavlik by destruction at 160.

 

I love Pavlik but I think Bute is all wrong for him. Bute would win a wide decision in my opinion.
