This is from "La Zone de Boxe". Translation : Bute's promoter made an offer to Steiglitz for an unification fight in July in Romania. Stephane Larouche (Bute's trainer) is confident that the fight will happen since the offer made is a good one and the German TV could get involved since Romania is basically in the same time zone as Germany.

Thoughts ? WBO-IBF unified champ soon ? Bute or Steiglitz ?

Is there anyone who thinks Steiglitz may defeat Bute ? 120-106 for Lucien or KTFO. They're on different levels.

The thing is: Who really cares, when we have the super six?

Bute and Stieglitz could fight eachother in a 3 fight war changing belts without people noticing. Super Six rocks. Bute or Stieglitz are not part of this. Too bad (Bute).

I hope this gets made. Steiglitz is a tough and hard hitting fighter. That said I expect Bute to beat him.

Ruiz was successful using just the arms, he didn't need even gloves

Don't think Stieglitz's people will take this. He's nowhere near Bute's level and they'll want to make a few easy defences in Germany rather than go to Romania. I'd love to be proved wrong though!
