Great fight, want this more than the Ward fight. Winner should get a shot at him. Both have a decent chance to impose their gameplan and win, should be interesting. Hope it happens.

    http://www.***********.com/pavlik-gives-background-on-hopkins-martinez-defeats--60865

**** kelly pavlik. you know, i want to give the benefit of the doubt to anyone trying to change their lives but this interview is just ****. he blames his losses to sergio and hopkins on weight loss and being sick and this bull**** and that bull**** and not once giving credit to either man.

i saw an interview they had with this ****ing drunk right before the hopkins fight and he was in a bar with his buddies throwing darts and nonchalantly talking crap on hopkins like it was a foregone conclusion him beating bernard. and not once does he shoulder the blame on him losing to sergio because he was 10 days removed from AA before the fight.

**** kelly pavlik. i hope that he gets KTFO cold.

what a disrespectful, bitter, piece of white trash, spam-eating, jack daniels drinking, trailer trash living pathetic redneck.

dirtbag cancels a bout a week before the fight in his faithfull hometown none the less.

Good opportunity for Pavlik.... they should try to sieze this fight. If Pavlik really came in with a do or die attitude, ready to give it his all for 12 rounds and lay down some fire, this is a very, very interesting fight.

In the last interview I heard with Kelly he specifically states he has been working on cutting off the ring and we know Garcia has been developing his left. Kelly is ambidextrous and has always had an underrated left. (He signs autographs with his left)

The liver can regrow itself. All he has to do is stop drinking.

I was at the Pavlik/Zertuche fight and he landed a couple of nice little left hooks; one which set up the monstrous right that ended the fight.

b-scene the interview with kp. typical alcoholic blaming others for their problems. this interview is not the sign of a productive, recovering alcoholic, which most of us were hoping for on esb.

this is the sign of a person not accepting and dealing with his faults and mistakes.

this is the sign of a person that is still drinking.

and this is the sign of a person whose going to get destroyed in a boxing ring.

I have a strong feeling this fight will get made! Also, in MTL or Quebec City.

youre not going to go into the inaccuracies because there are none. ive known two alcoholics in my life and one is succesfully recovering and one is not. the one that is successfull is a great person to know and the other is entirely worthless, a complete waste of time.

one of the common traits of a successful recovering alcoholic is the non-presence of denial, something that is readily apparant in kp.

i could be wrong but in all likelihood hes going to break your heart, they most always do.

what an irreverant **** not giving both sergio and hopkins their deserved credit.

blaming his loss to bernard due to the fact that hopkins was drinking protein shakes.

what a complete tool. he probably doesnt even realize how stupid he sounds to normal functioning people in soceity.

Hope it gets made.Arum is in good relations with Interbox. The fight should be in Canada where the money are.It should be at a catchweight of 170 for Bute's NABF strap.

Without a belt on the line there isn't even a pretense to NOT load up things in Bute's favor from the ref to the judges. Oh boy, Bute threw a punch and the crowd roared. That's enough excuse for the judges to give him the round.

I don't see Arum being stupid enough to negotiate that deal for a few extra dollars at the gate.

Nothing against Bute but he's been left for dead in a pile of himself twice and hasn't really ever beaten anyone. Even this version of Pavlik leaves him on his back. It's actually not a good risk reward for Bute seeing how he has a rematch with Froch already. Kelly will knock him out and Froch will give his belt up rather than rematch him considering he wants Kessler and Ward already and then throw Pavlik in there after he kos Bute. He won't have time for Lucian if Kelly sparks him.
