What's the word out of Canada for Bute's possible next opponents? Is he waiting for his mandatory or are there other plans before this bout takes place?

Andrade is a top5 SMW and the rematch will probably happen. Zuniga was in Booradley's P4PTop10 if that means anything. Unification is a possibility, Showtime is interested in the whole SMW division and Bute is becoming a regular visitor on US TV. I think the future is promising for him.

So when will the " titlist " bute like fight an A class elite fighter?

Berrios, Bika, Andrade, Zuniga etc... and what another Andrade fight?! all these guys are non world beaters.. B level opponents at best.

So when will this paper title holder fight an Elite fighter?

What's this smell.... do i smell a Calzaghe?

Which is awesome. So many top fighters like Froch, Kessler, Bute, Taylor and Bika all hanging around there.

Last I remember hearing Bute was still looking through his options for a summer date. Andrade will likely be his fight in the fal if he beats Tsypko (which isn't exactly guaranteed either) so I figure he'll get a somewhat soft touch.

Just curious but uh....what is an A Class elite fighter?

Kessler is currently stuck with Palle so you can kiss that good bye.

Taylor and Froch are tied up (and Taylor going to Canada to face Bute is a possibility next year).

    After that? Who else?

The man sells tickets and fights 'top 10' ranked fighters. I cant blame him for sitting pretty in Montreal and keep building up that record. He is a new name in the States, and still widely unknown. Give him another year or two and I think he will be ready for a big money superfight. If he keeps that undefeated record it could be a huge payday.

It's disgraceful that he won't fight Kessler. As long as he's openly admitting he won't fight someone at his own weight, he can't be seen as anything other than a paper champion.

Que? Why wouldn't he fight Kessler?

If anyone is holding that fight up it's Palle.

He's said several times that he "isn't ready yet" or Kessler. Kessler was calling him out as soon as he lost to Calzaghe - he was saying it before the **** with Palle.

I don't know if his confidence will have been lifted after beating Zuniga but it's been Bute himself that's been saying he doesn't want the fight.

Cotto said he wasn't ready for Floyd Mayweather yet if the fight was presented to him, he'd take it.

Kessler-Bute will never happen because Palle will never let it happen. You'd need 2-3 years to pass for that to happen unfortunately.

Bute already say he wanted to fight Kessler in 2010 after his mandatory against the winner of Andrade-Tsypko this week-end!

He suggest master shoe watcher Allan Green...:patsch And for Kessler, do not forget the long road he took on his way to the top. Bute with 20-0 was facing Sakio Bika 22-2 and Kessler with 20-0 was facing the dangerous Patrick Rubes 9-9...Bute has destroyed Dingan Thobela in his eight pro fight, the same Thobela Kessler fought with 29 fights. For Bute, the plan is to get a optionnal fight this summer and a rematch with Andrade somewhere in september. After that its probably a unification with Froch, Taylor, or Kessler.
